Hoe ik hier op kwam om kaarten speciaal voor vrouwen to gaan ontwerpen en maken?
Doordat ik vrouwen in mijn coachingspraktijk tegenkwam en nog steeds tegenkomt die worstelen met de vraag "Ben ik wel goed genoeg?" of de overtuiging "Ik ben niet goed genoeg."
Van griep naar ...
Ik lag dit jaar (ergens in maart) een weekend in bed met griep en met mijn laptop. Al mijmerend, mede door de koorts ?, opende ik mijn laptop en voila! De geboorte van cards that tell a woman's story!
Volgens mijn man zullen het vrouwen zijn die de kaarten kopen voor andere vrouwen. Ik nodig de mannen uit om ook een vrienden, zus, collega...een kaart te sturen i.p.v. ze de hemel in te prijzen op social media.

De eerste druk en daarmee het eerste pakket ziet er als volgt uit:

- Er zijn 12 kaarten in een pakket.
- Iedere kaart is verpakt in een plastic envelop. Mijn streven is om bij de volgende productie zoveel mogelijk duurzame materialen te gebruiken.
- Wanneer je 4 of meer pakketten bestelt vervallen de verzendkosten. Overseas shipping gelden standaard kosten.

Every day I see women in my coaching practice who struggle to a greater or lesser extent with these questions. Also known as the Imposter Syndrome. The higher educated, the stronger and deeper these thoughts. Like gnawing “dragons”. Thoughts we create ourselves.
I did not really have a preconceived plan,
but this year (somewhere in March), a weekend in bed with flu, with my laptop and, a lot of creativity and voilà! The birth of 40 cards that tell a woman’s story!
According to my husband, only women will buy these cards for other women. I call on the men to join in for a friend, sister, colleague. Because we women really like to receive cards! No email or Whatsapp message. Nothing digital but something tangible. Proof of real attention and love.
